First of all, I do not need a fix I FIXED it myself, I contacted Microsoft support 2 times, and they failed to fix the issue, first one did a system restore did nothing... second one told me to reinstall windows. it has nothing to do with the issue.I am on a laptop btw,The issue is on one of the side buttons back button on my external gaming mouse, it got stuck on the toggled position. this causes the entire windows ui to be unusable can't right click or left clickand randomly goes back when clicking and browsing.you can check if it is stuck or not using this website: Mouse Tester - Test

  2. How do you move the Entire Taskbar to the left side of the Screen (Windows 11)

How do you move the entire taskbar to the left side of the screen (windows 11). *Not just the icons, the entire taskbar*

  3. moving the entire windows taskbar to the left of the screen in a vertical position

Are their plans to return option of physically moving the entire windows taskbar from the bottom of the screen to the left of the screen in a vertical position? Widescreen monitors have gained in popularity. I have been using two of them for a few years now. I love being able to have two office documents open side by side both at 100% and my task bar on the vertically on left side of the screen all on one monitor. I do not want the task bar taking up space at the bottom of the screen since I do not have much height to the monitor. Putting the taskbar in the vertical position on the left worked well in previous versions of windows. When the taskbar was on the far left of the screen (not just the alignment of the icons but the entire taskbar) I can keep the taskbar visible on the screen. Now I am forced to hide the taskbar even though I don't like it hidden. Having the taskbar at the bottom of the screen takes up too much room when you are working with an ultrawide monitor since those monitors are not very tall. Please bring back the option of allow the taskbar to be in the vertical position at the left side of the screen.

  4. entire or almost entire windows Ui can't right click or left click including taskbar

Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

I fresh installed Windows 11 about 48 hours ago. After updates and other software installations the taskbar became unclickable/usable. The steps laid out in fix the taskbar twice. However after a restart the taskbar returns in inoperable. After the latest restart, the steps laid out in the link above no longer work.

In addition to the taskbar, other elements that do not respond to mouse clicks are The BUY window that appears when purchasing a Movie through the Movies and TV app.

Lastly, the entire Screen Snip app is unclickable. There are more UI elements that are unclickable but I listed these items due to their easy communicability.
