Windows 10: Entreprise fusion. Create communication with different active directory

Hi.Myncompany has bougt 2 different companies with different active directory. So we have to permit communication with the different AD. And permitt user to access sharepoint on uniq office 365 space. Help please

Why Is There Two Different Directories at Different Times and this External Directory in the CBS.Log?

File Manager will NOT create Directory Names or Rename a Directory
