Windows 10: Envy 13 2020 version. Fingerprint and Face recognition unavailable.

This is day 2 of using my new Envy 13. I set up fingerprint access on day 1, but today it is not working. A message says its is unavailable and to try later. The same message appears for face recognition also. Can you please advise?

Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint Unavailable

Thanks so much for your help!

My make is the Hp Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xx

I tried to remove the Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint under Settings, but there is no option for "Remove". For the Face Recognition, the Remove button is there, but I can't press it. For the Fingerprint, the only option is "Set Up", and I also can't click
that.

I also went on Device Manager. Under "Biometrics", I removed the Fingerprint and Facial Recognition. However, when I rebooted the computer and pressed "Scan for Hardware Changes", only the Fingerprint Reader was restored, and I can't find the Facial Recognition
anywhere.
