    Envy Move All in one keyboard not working in bitLocker recovery


    When I load up my computer I’m stuck in the bitLocker recovery screen with no way of typing in my key I have the key just can’t type it in as there is no keyboard on screen and the Bluetooth will not connect at this point

    No, no other accounts.

    What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

    I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?

    Hello there I seem to have problem regarding bitlocker recovery steps. I do have key ready but the numbers are not being added when I type with my keyboard I have tried changing keyboard as well but it doesn't seem to work at all.

    I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
