Windows 10: Epic Game Launcher crashes after update with the error 0xc00007b

I am unable to use the Epic Game Launcher anymore as every time I start it I get the following error " The application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b".Their support team redirected me here. I've tried all possible solutions mentioned here https://thedroidguy.com/epic-games-0xc000007b-error-1156372 and none worked Can you please help me trouble shoot it?

When I open the epic games launcher it says "The application was unable to start correctly, (0xc00007b). Click OK to close." I just can't open the launcher
