    hi,epic support provided the two solutions to my issue.I tried them and these solutions cannot solved my issuemethod1Click Start.Type Add or Remove Programs and press Enter.Locate the Epic Games Launcher and select it.Click Uninstall.Once this is done, download the latest installer from www.epicgames.com to reinstall the launcher. If that doesn't work, you can also try moving the .dll files:Open two File Explorer tabs.In the first tab, go to the installed location of the Epic Launcher and click the DirectXRedist folder. The default location is C:\Program Files x86\Epic Games\D
