Windows 10: Epic Games Account info hacked

I woke up today to see two emails about my epic account how the email was changed and how my 2fa changed also, I saw the email it changed to ended in rambler.ru someone please help I don't want to lose my account I've had for 7, years

I got hacked by a ramber.ru account on epic games they changed my email with theirs and now i cant play any games all i got is the password they used nothing else
