Windows 10: EPIC games installer invalid drive?

I’ve been trying to download my EpicGames Launcher onto my PC, but I keep getting the “invalid drive D:\” pop up. It won’t let me uninstall the app, I’ve considered maybe it was due to being on an external hard five so I plugged that in, and to no avail, it showed the same error. I’ve run “subst: D:\ C:\ into CMD prompt, and nothing has work. I’ve also cleared system cache.. Please help me

EOS-ERR-1602 when installing Epic Online Services component to Epic Games Launcher in Windows 11

I have been troubleshooting with Epic Games and none of the solutions they came up with worked for me, so the agent suggested I ask Microsoft for guidance since EOS-ERR codes are related to the MSI installer.

This is what I have tried:

Reinstalling the Epic Games Launcher

Updating Windows 11 and restarting the computer

Running Epic Games Launcher as administrator

Granting Read and Write permissions to Epic Games Launcher

Shutting down Windows Installer Service and then attempting the install

Running the Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter from Microsoft

Relocating Epic Launcher to my main drive

Even after all these actions I still get a prompt to install Epic Online Services from the Epic Games Launcher, and when I tried to install it I get the EOS-ERR-1602 error code when it fails to install.

Anyone know any next steps?

Compiling list of installed Epic Launcher games

Is there a way to compile a list (with file locations) of all games installed on my computer through the Epic game launcher? I want to write a Python code, or code in any other language, to list all the paths to the executable files for these games, along with any other information saved by Epic. I know you can do this with Steam because there are Javascript files that save all this information. I haven't figured out if Epic does the same thing though, or if there is a strategy to do this.
