Windows 10: Epic games keeps pulling up the error 2203.

I had to re-install epic games from my personal reasons. Turns out I cannot install it again. It started with the error code 2203 when i tried to uninstall it? Had to use an externam windows program that helped with the uninstall. Now the problem proceeds and I have asked chatgpt, browsed almost every single website/youtube video with the solution - nothing has changed. Please, I'm almost going insane trying to fix this.

Error 2203 when attempting uninstall/install

Didn't answer your question, it was not made by Microsoft installer. What I was attempting to uninstall/reinstall when the 2203 error popped up was Adobe and additionally I attempted downloading the epic games launcher with the same error. All the tutorials suggest it has to do with permissions on the temp folder which I changed but still no luck.
