Windows 10: Epic games library does not load at all and thumbnails wont load too on app.

Epic games library does not load at all and almost all the clickable options don't respond. I can only click and use cart option/Wishlist/news/browse/discover options. I am unable to use epic games pc app. Every time i open it no thumbnail appears. I cant use library or see my profile. But when i open Epic Games website i can see all the thumbnails and browse through perfectly. I cant see any pictures in the store or any game i browse. When i click on library it doesn't load just the black screen same with friends tab the friends tab. I am attaching some pictures i am seeing help me out pls. Y

Discord and epic game unable to load

I don't know if this is a coincidence but discord and epic game being unable to load and happen at the same

It been a problem for over 1 year and I still can't get it fix

I even can't go into the discord website it said that the discord.com refused to connect the only way I can connect to the website is using VPN

When I contacted discord and try all the thing they want me to do the problem is still isn't fixed.

seekers notes game/app wont load keeps crashing since did the updates etc. lost all my progress wont even load acct that I had connected to facebook ... have to start all over if can get the game to actually work right so I can play it .. anyone have
