Windows 10: epic games not installing, support told me to contact microsoft, couldn't contact microsoft

Epic Games: GTA 5 doesn't run, EG telling me to contact Microsoft support

I have a problem with GTA5.

When I press on it in the Epic Games launcher so it would launch it says "running" and then just goes back to saying "launch" like if I never even pressed the button.

But sometimes when I press on the desktop icon it says both "vcruntime140.dll is missing"

and "msvcp140.dll is missing" in separate windows.

I've tried uninstalling the game, downloading the dll files separately, constantly installing and

uninstalling and repairing MS Visual runtime C++ 2015, and so on. And when I contacted Epic Games, they told me that it's not their problem, and that I need to contact Microsoft support.

There's countless things I've done trying to get the game to work, but nothing has worked.

Please anyone help me with this? I'm exhausted already.

 

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number. Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.
