Windows 10: Epic gaming software fail to install

Every time I install the software onto my computer which meets the requirement keep blinking after download. I have togo to task manager in order to close the program. I did notice the program is operating very high in the task manager. I thought the background apps was the cooperate so I turned them off, it still didn't work.

Epic Games Launcher

I got this computer from my step dad, he got it from his insurance company. When I open Epic Games launcher I can see the logo but the rest is blank. Is there a file I need to remove? I really would love any suggestions

I know you have just uninstalled and reinstalled, but you may need to re-download the latest epic games installer from their link first and also uninstall following their steps.
