Windows 10: EPIC Software window frozen

My EPIC database window freezes and won't open. Every other application works

perfectly.

Our IT manager said my profile got corrupted and had to redo the profile in order for it to work, but this has happened twice.

Does anyone in here work with EPIC and has had an issue where the window is frozen and can't be fixed? And how did

you resolve the issue?
