Windows 10: เปิดคอมแล้วขึ้นโลโก้เมนบอร์ดแต่ restartเอง ครับ

สวัสดีครับคือผมพบปัญหาคือ เวลาผมเปิดคอมแล้วมีโลโก้ของเมนบอร์ดขึ้นแต่ก็ดับแล้ว restart เอง พอเข้าไปเช็คใน bios พบว่าค่าทั้งหมดถูกกลับมาเป็นเริ่มต้นทั้งหมด เช่น XMP2.0 จากที่เคยเปิดแต่ก็กลับมาอยู่ auto, Secure boot จากที่เคยเปิดก็ปิดเอง ผมต้องกลับมาตั้งค่าทุกครั้งก่อนใช้งานแบบนี้เกิดจากอะไรครับ specs : Ryzen 5 5600X GTX 1650 Ram 16 GB ผมได้ทำการลง windows ใหม่แต่ก็ยังเป็นเหมือนเดิมครับ

Inexplicable restarts

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...

One step I did try right away was to answer your question about whether my BIOS is up-to-date. I had no success at the AMI site but did get some info from this commercial site:

random restarts
