Windows 10: Episode not available

Hello, There is an episode showing as not available on a series I own, and it should be Microsoft Films & Tv. It's an anime series called "Re:ZERO - Starting Life in Another World". I own series 101, 102, 201 and 202 all English dub. The issue is in the second season 102, the final episode is showing as "Not available". I've seen on an alternate thread where an ambassador knew who to contact to remedy this, so I'm hoping to receive the same assistance. To confirm it's episode 13 titled "That's All This Story Is About" in series 102 of the English Dubbed anime "Re:Zero - Atarting

Episode Missing from The AMB s202

Gonna keep this short. The last episode of The Ancient Magus’ Bride of s202, Episode 12 is missing and with a quick search. It was released on the 21st of this month but hasn’t shown up yet. I bought the series pass and every other episode has been released as normal besides the last. Is there a reason for that? I’m in no hurry to finish it and isn’t a big whoop but it is kinda annoying that the last episode OF the new season isn’t available on the MS Store and has been a few days and would think the last episode would be available.

How to watch TV Episodes on Internet

How can I watch TV Show episodes on my Windows HTC Tilt 2 phone? I know there is usually mobile websites, i.e. m.abc.go.com but it still doesn't work. I can't seem to get any tv episodes to work. I would think it would be possible, any suggestions?
