Windows 10: Epsom printer ET-3570 maintenance box fills in 3 weeks...??

Hi We have the Epsom ET-3570 printer. Usually the ink lasts for months, and after 3 years we had to change the maintenance box. A simply task, I thought, but I noticed that around 1/3 ink had disappeared. It was obvious that the maintenance box took the ink. The printer then needed almost constant cleaning as the print quality was so unpredictable. After just 3 weeks the maintenance box was full and the printer stopped working.I have checked everywhere, and there seems to be no special tactic to changing the maintenance box. So, here we are again with a new box installed, and again 1/3 ink has

How do I configure Windows 10 professional to allow me to use the Printer Maintenance that is needed for my Epson printer. Print heads need cleaned, the Epsom Software is installed, it reads the printer - just no access to maintenance that I had in Windows
7.

You can pin EPSOM D120 Printer on taskbar as well as on desktop. You have to choose the option to do so from the printer settings page on the window.



Follow the steps below to view the Epsom D120 printer icon on the taskbar:

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Devices and printers and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Right click on the printer and select Printing preferences from the context menu. Select your printer again if necessary.
  
• 
  Click on Maintenance tab and then click on
  Extended Settings button.
  
• 
  Select Enable EPSOM Status Monitor 3 and click
  OK.
  
• 
  Click on Monitoring Preferences button, click on
  Shortcut Icon box and click OK.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective.
  

If the above method does not work, pin the printer icon to the desktop by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Devices and printers and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Right click on the printer and select Create shortcut
  from the context menu.
  
• 
  Select the location or simply click on Yes.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective on the desktop.
