Why won't my Epsom printer recognise my genuine Epsom cartridges ?

Epsom D120 Printer icon is mising from the Taskbar on Windows 10.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

  Since when are you facing the above issue?

  Did you make any recent hardware/software changes prior to the issue?
  

You can pin EPSOM D120 Printer on taskbar as well as on desktop. You have to choose the option to do so from the printer settings page on the window.



Follow the steps below to view the Epsom D120 printer icon on the taskbar:

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Devices and printers and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Right click on the printer and select Printing preferences from the context menu. Select your printer again if necessary.
  
• 
  Click on Maintenance tab and then click on
  Extended Settings button.
  
• 
  Select Enable EPSOM Status Monitor 3 and click
  OK.
  
• 
  Click on Monitoring Preferences button, click on
  Shortcut Icon box and click OK.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective.
  

If the above method does not work, pin the printer icon to the desktop by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Devices and printers and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Right click on the printer and select Create shortcut
  from the context menu.
  
• 
  Select the location or simply click on Yes.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective on the desktop.

How do I return the Epsom printer icon to the task bar. It was there last time I used this computer, but now has gone. There is NOT the icon that shows hidden icons. Frustrating.

 

Epsom Printer keeps going offline

How do I reset my printer - it keeps going offline and under settings it will not let me change the default from offline. I am using Win10 - printer is an Epsom 61A5BF (XP-630) series. It prints from the ipad! TIA
