    I have a brand new Epsom XP 970 printer that prints device status pages continually. I went to customer support for Epsom and a tech walked me through several steps to try to fix the problem. To no avail. Finally the tech said I should contact MICROSOFT

    because its an issue with them.

    Epsom XP-202 Printer Scanner

    A friend has asked me to fix a problem with this printer.

    It used to print & scan correctly, but at some stage an update has changed that, and now the scanner software says it cannot communicate with the scanner.

    The printer is connected via USB to the computer which is running Windows 10 Home.

    I have uninstalled and re-installed a newly downloaded set of drivers from Epsom. This has not fixed the issues

    Any suggestions as to how to make the scanner "visible".
