Windows 10: Epson FastFoto 680-W downloading driver to Windows 11 ARM . I cannot get the drivers to...

I have tried adding the device as indicated. Computer trying to locate it and then add device in settings. No luck.

Did you download the official software from Epson first? If not, this is the official link from Epson for the software for this model: https://epson.com/Support/Scanners/FastFoto-Ser... It is the "Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer" Make sure you download and install it first.

epson printer driver not installing

Mmmm, only thing else I can think off is trying Windows Update, otherwise I too am clueless, LOL. I just had a look on the Epson site and they didn't even list a driver for mine under W7, but it worked in W7 when I tried it, even had the epson control panel. Well, until there was a sickening sound of broken plastic and it went west, but thats another story, LOL.

Can you test the printer on another PC by any chance?

The last suggestion, I only found this driver in parallel drivers websites like printerdrivers.com. there are many websites with drivers pack, Is not the recommended you use this type of driver, only of manufacturer, but you can try to solve fix with it.
