Discus and support Epson printer issues with PDF files. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Since doing an update from Epson, I'm unable to print PDF files with my Epson XP-640 printer.     Since doing an update from Epson, I'm unable to print PDF files with my Epson XP-640 printer. No problem printing Word files. Any suggestions?

    Epson printer settings on PDF files

    I am using an Epson XP-410 printer and Win10. When printing pdf docs, I can't figure out how to get all the printer specific settings to come up. I see a few basic ones, but my printer is capable of more than just "how many copies" and "portrait / landscape".
    This is so frustrating. Win8 and Win10 are so not user friendly!! I seem to have this problem from either the Adobe pdf's or the Edge pdf's, so it doesn't seem to be program specific.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have been able to download the correct drivers. I can pull up my Epson print manager. I just can't get it to show up on a pdf so I can select more printing options.

    Did our Epson printer get hacked?

    Wow. I searched on a few of those keywords and saw some things relevant to HP printers but not Epson. Really interested to see what you find out. I've got an Epson workforce printer myself.
