Windows 10: Epson WF-3520 Installing drivers in windows 10

I have been having the same trouble with my printer also since i upgraded to windows 10. Tried downloading the package from epsons

web site to no avail. Complaining about not being able to finish the install with software and drivers as well. The printer was installed just fine on my other machine with Win 7 64 bit. So i did some reading about compatibility issues and epson not following up on there software. I still had the software disc that came with the printer so i tried my luck after installing and uninstalling the software a couple of times and reading all the posts on this and other

sites about the issues. So i put the epson software disc in the drive and right clicked on the compatibility settings and installed it thru the windows 7

mode and waited fir it to go thru its tasks and it did not fail like before. I got the printer and scanner to setup without any issues. but didnt update the

driver when asked for the new software updates.

Epson WF 3520 scanner

My scanner on my Epson WF 3520 is not working. I am using Windows 10 and it worked fine with Windows 8.1. Any help will be appreciated!

 

Epson WF-3520 Prints Wirelessly and from My Laptop but After Printing for Many Years from My Desktop, One Day Just Stopped

I have been using my Epson WF-3520 printer for several years with no problem. I am using Windows 10 and do not recall making any changes then one day tried to print and nothing happened. I can print wirelessly and by cable from a laptop but not the desktop.
I spent an hour and 1/2 on the phone with Epson loading and reloading drivers, etc. and in the end, they said to call Microsoft. Any suggestions?

 

Reinstalling Epson Wf-3520 Scanner

I has an issue with my Dell Inspiron . I had lost internet connectivity due to a Windows update (Thanks Microsoft). I needed to reset or reinstall Windows. Everything went fine the connectivity worked fine, I didn't lose any files. I did have to reinstall
everything that was not in the original software (anti-virus, Windows 365 etc). I reinstalled my Epson Wf-3520. It prints from the computer but had issues with the scanner. I ran the Epson 17849.exe and got a message "Could not launch required programs during
setup. Check the setup disk then run setup again," Now since I have a Windows 10 there is no setup disk to run. The scanner worked fine prior to the issue I had and the printer does communicate with the computer because I can print off of it. I tried using
a USB cable to make sure there were no wireless issues but my printer gives me a message "Communication error. Check if computer is connected." Well it prints so yeah, it is connected.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?
