Windows 10: Epson XP-410 Issue

I have installed printer, driver & utilities for my Epson XP-410. Made it the default printer, changed the ink cartridges. Not sure what to do next getting blank pages instead of my previewed doc.Thank you, Gwen

Epson XP-410 software and drivers installation failure on Windows 10

I recently bought a new computer with Windows 10 installed. I have an Epson XP-410 all-in-one device that I connect to through my WiFi. When I tried to download the software and drivers from the Epson website the installation process fails every time (I
know I downloaded the correct software for my operating system). I get the error message:

Cannot find the scanner driver.

Install the scanner driver.

I tried to install the scanner driver separately but the installation just disappears when the progress bar reaches 100%. Never once had any issue with Windows 7. I have called Epson several times now and they can't help, It is definitely some sort of software
or driver issue with my computer. does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Epson XP-415 - Unable to scan or print since upgrade to 10

I have followed your suggestion. My model is an Epson XP 415, but the Epson site doesn't show this model in the list of download options. There is an XP 410 and an XP 420 but no xp 415. I have downloaded both, but neither enables my printer to be 'seen'
by my computer.

I am very frustrated!

My computer is 'run' by windows. They keep updating it. My printer has worked fine for over a year, but stopped working recently - presumeably because Microsoft sent me yet one more 'update'.

In my attemps to reconnect my printer I uninstalled my epson programme intending to reinstall it. But I don't seem to be able to.

I can't remember how I installed it last time - was there a disc? - but I don't remember any problems.

My printer is definitely labelled XP-415. Why do your downloads not include this model number? How am I expected to get help otherwise? I have no means of contacting you.

PLEASE HELP ME.

 

Epson 410 printer compatible with Windows 10

Just downloaded Windows 10. Have Epson 410 printer. Did search and was told to download 15730.exe (revised printer drivers). Printer still doesn't work.
