Windows 10: Epson78F216 Epson Stylus Photo 1500 "driver is unavailable" after Win 11 update

This Wifi connected printer has suddenly gone "driver is unavailable" since the latest Win11 update today. It was working fine yesterday, and it works fine over the network from another Win 10 computer. When I check the driver using the Devices and Printers control panel, it shows the same WinBuild. 160101.0800 WSDPrint.sys driver that the other Win10 machine is using happily. Updating the driver tells me that the most recent driver is already installed.The printer still works via USB cable, but that isn't how the office is laid out.Please advise

Try the 8.1 drivers - they'll probably do the trick.

 

Drivers for an Epson Stylus pro 7600

Where can I find drivers for an Epson Stylus pro 7600? Some suggested the XP driver will work with windows 10. Apparently Epson no longer has those drivers on their site.
