Windows 10: ePSXe emulator does not work under Win 10?

Hello, dear people.
I got another Optiplex 790 and wanted to make it fit for my big one and add some retro stuff.
But the ePSXe emulator doesn't run......when I start a game it kicks me out with the message that ePSXe doesn't work anymore....other things like PSP etc. work....the Optiplex has WIndows 10 new on it,Direct X,the onboard GPU driver is on it too but it doesn't matter if it works with BIOS shc1001 or HLE BIOS.......can someone help me?!!!!
On the other identical Optiplex 790 the current emulator only runs Windows 7.

ePSXe, PCSX2 Vibration

I'm using Sony PS1 Controller for ePSXe and Sony PS2 Controller for PCSX2 emulator but vibration not working. How to set vibration?

If you want to get the best experience then you have to download shaders pack and put them in corresponding plugins folder. Without shader effects 99% of psx games make no sense on pc. There's a million and one guide about good shaders and blah here's the most simple one.

Ah I see what I did. I installed the plugin but forgot to select it in the config. All is well now!
