    I want to completely erase all files and programs from an old pc running Windows 10 in Danish. No one of the instructions on the web works. The menu points recommended don't exist

    Finally! An alternative to eraser...

    it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.

    Erase all content in Zune.

    Hello Thomas,

    Thanks for visiting the Answers forum.

    Regarding the 'Erase All Content' feature in the Zune Software, this only deletes media on the device, like Music, Pictures, and Videos,



    A hard reset of the device will also erase it, however, that process will restore the Phone to factory defaults, thus erasing all the content on the device.
