Windows 10: Erased HID Compliant touch screen driver after factory reset on Lenovo Ideapad S340-1 5IIL...

Hi there,I did a factory reset on Lenovo Ideapad S340-1 5IIL w/ Windows 11 and discovered that touch screen doesn't work anymore. I searched the device manager and found that I'm misisng the HID compliant touch screen driver but I tried to go into Settings->Update, Settings->Privacy&security, couldn't find where to download the driver. Please help me to restore the touchscreen function.Thanks,L G

Hid compliant Touch screen driver is not working

I have Lenovo Flex 5 notebook. Touch screen stoped working completely. I Use win 10. I updated the system. Hid compliant touch screen driver is also up to date. Not updates cancbe found. I disabled and enable this driver - touch screen not working. I
uninstalled and installed it again - not resolved. In events list for this driver - saw message " driver is not migrated" .

How to resolve this problem?

Lenovo Ideapad 5-14II05 missing HID compliant touch screen driver

Hello, I recently reset my laptop since it's been awhile since I've used it, might as well start fresh. I also noticed before resetting it the touch screen was not working so I thought the reset would fix itself.

After resetting it, the touch screen still does not work and does HID compliant touch screen driver is completely missing from the device manager(even when revealing hidden devices). There is no option for me to rollback my windows 10 in any further than today. I have tried turning off and holding the power button for a minute. I have installed most of the updates/drivers(somehow no driver for the touch compliant) from the official Lenovo driver page for my device, still no solution. It's like the driver just vanished and there is no trace it ever existed.

In the additional tablet settings there is an emphasis that reads," This device does not have touch capabilities" which is a big lie since when I used to use this laptop it definitely had touch screen.

There are 3 versions of that laptop model (Ideapad S340) listed on the Lenovo website, only one of those has a touchscreen, the other two do not, you must have one of the two versions that do not have a touchscreen.
