    I want to sell my faders laptop Win 10 Home. Before, I need to erase all information about the PC's owner. He does not remember the password and PIN. PC is not PW/PIN protected and ready to use. How to?

Only problem is the old owner's files & such are still saved & are taking up quite a bit of space now, I did manage to get all the administrator stuff switched...
