Windows 10: Erasing all information from previous owner

I want to sell my faders laptop Win 10 Home. Before, I need to erase all information about the PC's owner. He does not remember the password and PIN. PC is not PW/PIN protected and ready to use. How to?

  Select System > Storage > This PC and then scroll down the list and choose Temporary file
  
• Under Remove temporary files, select the Previous version of Windows check box and then choose Remove files.

I suggest you to create own admin account, login and then delete the account Edmond user account and choose not to save files while deleting the user account
