Windows 10: ERORR Service Control Manager event id 7001then computer crashed

My specsrocessor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB 3200 MHzGPU Gtx 1660 SuperHiSo I got a blue screen with the code CRITICAL_STURCTURE_CORRUPTION and I inspected the event viewer where I found that I encountered a service control manager error. Hi, I have screen OCR'd part of your error message for you so it is text- and a search can be done.

The Browser service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Do you have networking and sharing configured?
If so, is it functional? Or is something not accessible?

I also have this issue. It started after Creators 1709 .. I posted this yesterday in my own thread and no answer on that thread so thought I had better add it here.This spit out errors all day yesterday. Only things new on my computer is Microsoft updates
