Windows 10: Err a network change was detected.

"Err a network change" was detected kept popping up, making my PC almost unusable. I uninstalled update KB5003173 and this error did not happen again. I had to reinstall 5003173 to allow an update to security. The error started popping up again. I uninstalled 5003173 again and have not had this error since uninstalling it. It appears that there is an issue with 5003173. If you are having this error problem, try uninstalling this update. It will probably help.

Windows could not automatically detect this network’s proxy settings

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
