Windows 10: Err_cert_authority_invalid after reset windows 10

Hi I reset my previous windows 10 and now I have a fresh version of windows. I didn't install any software or set special settings.When I try to open most of websites I receive this error: Err_cert_authority_invalidI tried some solution such as:1.Reset network from windows settings2.Flush DNS and reset win sock from Command Prompt3.Check by another internet network hotspot to mobile data4.Check websites in another web browserbut no one of these solutions works for me. I have this problem with any browser on my computer MS Edge, Google Chrome, OperaWhat should I do to solve this problem?Tha
