Windows 10: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on some sites

I'm getting the "Hmmm… can't reach this page" error page ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on Edge, on some sites including bing, adobe community and brave. If I refresh the page a few times eventually it works. Udemy videos also load only I refresh many times. I don't know what is causing this, it started suddenly.I've tried:restarting router and laptopipconfig release and renewnetsh int ip reset, netsh winsock resetsetting DNS to 8.8.8.8disabled firewalltried brave and chrome - same issueThis issue does not occur on my other 2 devices a work laptop and my smartphone.

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on some sites

I'm getting the "Hmmm… can't reach this page" error page (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) on Edge, on some sites including bing, adobe community and brave. I've tried:

• restarting router and laptop
  
• ipconfig release and renew
  
• netsh int ip reset, netsh winsock reset
  
• setting DNS to 8.8.8.8
  
• disabled firewall
  
• tried brave and chrome - same issue
  

This issue does not occur on my other 2 devices (a work laptop and my smartphone).

 

'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET'

I get 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' message when clicking o 'Log In' on my online banking. Only have this message on my laptop. Can access from my IPAD no bp. All suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
