Windows 10: ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

HiI've just moved addresses and taken my Broadband Service Provider with me.After 3 weeks and 2 visits by engineers who tell me that the connection to my house is perfect and they are unable to find anything wrong with my internet I keep losing service every 2 minutes with the error message on my browser.ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED i'm sure it's a Windows 10 or PC issue and not my Broadband ISP.Can anyone help. I've been down all the usual avenues that google and YouTube offer but am still experiencing this issueHELP!

err_internet_disconnect

how do I fix err_internet_disconnected and err_network_change errors? I can't keep a connection going now that Windows 10 did that big upgrade recently.

Error is either: err_internet_disconnected OR err_network_change

Connecting by ethernet

Have not checked with Comcast since it only happens on one of two laptopsModem is about 2 years old, provided by Comcast

No particular time of day and no pattern

How do I do a clean install? Is that something I want to do?

What happens if you set a different browser as your default when this occurs?

Again, as to discovering what's triggering that, it's a process of elimination which only you can do. For example, I think it would not happen in Safe Mode with Networking. Then there's a clean boot as I suggested. If it still happens then, is something scheduled, or malware. The latter sounds unlikely as the URL is valid. What isn't obvious is why Chrome is failing to display an apparently correct URL, which is why I suggest swapping browsers as a trial.
