Windows 10: ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED Win 11 Laptop on Hotel Wifi

I have a Dell G7 7790 laptop running Win 11, I've been trying to connect to this hotel wifi for about 2 hours. I have used this laptop at home with zero issues, and countless other hotels. I've only had this issue a couple times on different hotel wifis, 99% of hotels it works just fine. I've done all the obvious things:Restart laptopNetwork ResetNetwork Adapter DriverFirewall/AntivirusUse different browsers definitely not a browser issueAnd countless other tips and tricks that I've come across in the last 2 hours. I would love to have this fixed if anyone has meaningful suggestions. Thank y

WIFI not working in Hotel Network

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 (Lenovo U310 touch) and I have some issues with WIFI.

My laptop WIFI not working properly in Hotel WIFI network. When switch on the WIFI it will show the hotel WIFI in the WIFI networks in my laptop. There is no issue in connecting to the network, after the connection it will redirect to the WIFI login page
and it will show connected successfully message. But the speed is like below 10 Kbps. I think its not an issue with the WIFI network in hotel because my Phone WIFI works fine in the hotel also there is no restriction in number of devices. Nevertheless, I
tried to connect my laptop to phones 3G WIFI hotspot and it works fine. therefore the problem is only with Hotel Network.

Is there any way to resolve this issue.

connecting to hotel wifi

While on holiday in a hotel, my husband connected to hotel wifi on his windows 7 phone without a hitch. I was unable to connect on my windows10 phone. It kept asking me to sign in with user name and password, which of course I could not do. (I had correctly
entered the passcode). It also suggested I go to the router to connect, which again, I could not do in a hotel.

The previous week we had stayed in a holiday let, and I was able to sign into their wifi ok.

can someone tell me why my w10 phone would not connect in the hotel?

 

Logging in to Win 11 with Microsoft Account

I do not know who in his wisdom decided to make it mandatory to log into Win 11 with a Microsoft account - my hotel wifi requires an additional step to connect to the internet. So I am now unable to work offline on my laptop
