Windows 10: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, I have tried everything

Hello all,I have an issue browsing websites from my laptop, i get the error message ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Its the same error no matter which website I try to access. I have a working wifi connection, laptop is connected to the wifi, I see data packages send back and forth but no access to the websites. All the other devices and computers using the same wifi connection can reach out the websites without any problem. I have tried every solution published on the internet with no luck.Has someone else any ideas, or maybe someone had exactly the same issue?Sometimes when laptop is connected to th

The connection for this site is not securewww.ebay.co.uk sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR I keep getting this message when I want to go into ebay, facebook, Whatsapp etc. Can you tell me how I amend
so that it will let me into these sites?
