Windows 10: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Hi,we are using an old email provider, which is working fine, in Windows 10. But not in Windows 11. I have tried several different browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and some other browsers. They all give the exact same error, seen below. The same site works fine in Windows 10, in all of these browsers. yesterday I installed this update, but afterwards I could not make any searches on Bing - kept getting 'The client or server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite'. Also Got err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch trying to access Google
or Gmail. I had to uninstall the update to be able to send this query. I have Windows 10 but it is not in your dropdown list below.

When I go to the internet, a message says "This site can't provide a secure connection. uk.search.yahoo.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH."

Can you help?
