Windows 10: ERR_Too_Many_Redirects

When I log on my business Facebook page it keeps giving me Err_Too-Many_Redirects and does not let me into my account. I have cleared the cache and cookies and it still will not work.

Unable to access .com web pages "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

Hi I have no previous problems with accessing .com web pages but to day using any browser I can not access .com web pages. If I try to go to google.com just get page with message saying " www.google.com page is not working www.google.com redirected you
too many times ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. This is on a PC by wired connection running Windows 10, all co.uk web pages work ok and all .com pages work on wi fi devices. Can any one help with this problem.

Today, I attempted to log into Einvoice.microsoft I proceeded to get this message:

The einvoice.microsoft.com page isn’t working
einvoice.microsoft.com redirected you too many times.

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

I then attempted to reload outlook.com and I received the same error. I have tried on all browsers but they give me the same error. I have cleared my cache twice and rebooted my computer in an attempt to fix the problem. I use Google Chrome, but I have
tried to connect on Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. None of these work.
