Windows 10: Erreur 0x803F8001

Bonjour,


Depuis plusieurs jours, quand je tente d'ouvrir le jeu "Mirrors of Albion" je reçois le message suivant :

N'est pas disponible dans votre compte. Assurez-vous que vous êtes connecté au Microsoft store et réessayez. Code d'erreur 0x803F001 au cas où vous en auriez besoin.


Je suis bien connectée au store mais rien n'y fait.
