Windows 10: Erro DCOM 1115 Windows 10 x64

I was using my PC, then it suddenly restarted.

Firstly I tought it was because of heat, but the temperature were all right.

Then I checked the system logs and found the error message:


DCOM got error "1115" when trying to start the SecurityHealthService service with "Unavailable" arguments to run the server:

DCOM server error"1115"

After I updated my windows 1-2 months ago, my computer started to shot down automatically. Timing of the shut down is randomly, I couldn't find any action which I take, related to the shutdown. I checked the hardware and heat problem but the problem isn't
hardware. When I checked the event viewer, I found 1 error during shutdown time which occurs more then 20 times in 1 sec.

DUplicate rundll32.exe in DCOM

Hi again,

unfortunally I stucked in the same error again.
.
Now clean install build 1909.
When windows Bluetooth is turned off no DCOM and BTHUSB warnings at all, so I disconnected built-in BT device and installed CSR Harmony driver, using USB BT dongle. CSR functions as standalone app, Windows BT is not available. Bluetooth headphones are connected and functions correctly.

No warnings only error at shutdown/restart
