Windows 10: erroneous office 2019 Home and Student Installed Problems

I accidently purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student Version instead of Microsoft Home and Business version. The home and Business version is installed on my computer. However the Microsoft Office Home and Student version could not be creditted because it was already activated on my account. I was told that I could have my friend use the Home and Student version. On my computer I changed my wallpaper and it changed the wallpaper on my friend's computer. I have uninstalled the Microsoft Home and Student version from my friend's computer. But why would this happen. Can you tell me what would cause this.

There is no microsoft account on my friend's computer at all.

To make the clear there are two Microsoft Office Versions on my microsoft account. I have microsoft home and business installed on my computer. The other version called Microsoft Office and Home was uninstalled from my friend's computer.

There should be no synching between my computer and my friends. Any idea what is going on?

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.
