Windows 10: Error 0*80070002 when backing up

Backup encountered a problem whilst backing up file

I have searched for this file but no result.

Cannot Install Windows 10 Error 80070002

I want to install Windows 10 from my Windows 7 Professional SP1. After downloading the 3 GB Installation files, while installing it always get the Error 80070002 message. I already turn delete my windows/softwaredistribution/download files, done the clean
booting, my antivirus and firewall and also follow the steps in this article:

But it keeps on failling. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting to the forum. I believe we have a couple things you can try for this error. As I understand it this error is appearing on the PC when you attempt to update the phone via the Zune software. This error typically indicates an issue
with update files that are preventing the update from being installed.



Please first perform the steps in this
article. After you have performed those steps, check for Microsoft updates
here. If the Microsoft updates fail, move to the next step. If the update is successful, restart the computer and try to update the phone again.



If the updates attempted above fail, perform the steps in this
article. If you continue to get the same update error after trying all of the above I would suggest the following two options. Create a new Windows user profile on your PC and attempt the update again or try the update from another computer.
