Windows 10: error 0x0 coming when trying to join the windows insider program

well it has been a long time since the windows 11 released but i didn't get any updates regarding it yes,i checked my system requirements for windows 11 and even test it with pc health check application and my device is capable for update, so well i searched for it online about how to get windows 11 update through the updates section in windows settings and it showed me to join the windows insider program ,well so i did try joining it but showed me problem of something went wrong error code 0x0 here is the screenshot of the situation :i tried searching for how to fix this stuff also and it s

Can't join Windows Insider program

I am trying to join Windows 10 insider program and for some reason every time i join and restart my computer (as part of joining windows insider program) and go to insider page in setting i see join insider button like I never clicked before restarting.

 

Problem joining the Windows 11 insider program.

Your processor s a 7th gen processor it is not on the official supported list for Windows 11 while you can install Windows 11, that processor will block you from joining the Insiders program and there is no workaround
