Hello,I'm trying to add a network printer. But when I connect and try to download the printer driver, I get the following error message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x0000011b - when trying to add a printer

Until recently, my wife's PC could print via the printer on my PC. This is no longer possible.

When I open Windows Explorer on her computer, I can see the shared printer on my PC.

But when I try to connect to it, the connection fails with the message "Operation failed with error 0x0000011b".

Both PCs are running the latest version of Windows (21H1) with all available updates installed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
