    Hi, I was using my notebook and suddenly I got a blue screen. I checked the error on windows and I got this error:0x00000124 0x0000000000000004, 0xffff9589010a4028, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000If anybody knows how to check what caused this error, please let me know.Any other information you need, please ask.

    Hi,

    I have frequently been getting a bluescreen on my Acer Aspire E523 laptop.

    The bug check is 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff838152b4a038, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000),

    and the bluescreen error code is 124.

    I think it's a hardware error but i am not sure.

    (The laptop has already been back to acer support and had a new main board previously. )

    La configuración (PC setup) es:

    Ryzen 1800X-3600 Mhz, Samsumg M2 512 GB 960 EVO, Gskill F4-3200C14D-32GTZ (16Gb x 2) , Asus C6H AM4, Asus Xonar DX2, MSI R9-270X, others mecanics disk and W10 pro last version. Memory DOCP standard 3200 and CPU standard at 3600.

    No parece ser problema de temperatura, el error parace bastante aleatorio y alejado en el tiempo. Memoria y procesador a su velocidad standard.
