Windows 10: Error 0x00000709 when adding shared printer

After getting fast fibre to the house, new router etc. I had a go at connecting a shared printer again. Same error message as before.Can somebody explain to me why MS cannot fix this?In any other business if a fault is highlighted a number of times the manufacturer would put out a fix?I appreciate all the assistance the community give but why is it down to you guys or am I missing something.I have no programming skills, I purchase a product and expect it to work.In this case it worked for years until something happened last year.

First, we need to uninstall KB5004945:

Open Powershell with Admin or CMD with Admin (Press Windows key + X then click Windows Powershell(Admin))

Copy, paste, and hit enter for this command:

wusa /uninstall /KB:5004945

Then kindly restart the PC.

Note: If the issue persists please let me know the make and model of your printer.
