Windows 10: Error 0x0000185

    Hi


    I have an Acer Aspire 3 A315-51 with Windows 10 installed


    Upon starting up, I get the Acer logo, and then "Preparing Startup Repair" appears below. After this, I get a blue screen that reads.


    Recovery
    Your PC couldn't start properly.
    A required device isn#t connected or cant be accessed.
    Error coade 0xc0000185
    You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media like a disk or USB device, please contact your administrator or PC/Device manufacturer


    I have USB installation media for Windows 10 ISO, but I am unable to get into any boot "options" so cannot boot from the device.


    None of the keys on my keyboard do anything during start up.


    What can I do to fix this?

    error 0x0000185

    my Gateway computer stopped, now Im getting error : "The instruction at 0x00000000FF997AB0 referenced memory at 0x00000000FF997AB0. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x0000185"

    What do I do? Pls help... Would I loose all my data?
