Windows 10: error 0x0070652 when installing c++ Redistributable

Hello, I am trying to run a couple games on my computer Windows 10 but keep getting an error that I do not have C++ redistributable. When I go to the Microsoft website to install them, I get an error 0x0070652 saying they are already installing. I have searched my computer and there is no C++ programs installed. Any solutions?

C++ redistributable

Sometimes when i install games, at the end they require two other components:
directX update and C++ 2005 redistributable.
Now the question is: This C++ 2005 means that the game was written in MSVC 2005?
