Windows 10: error 0x00ce556 in Wondows 10

I have had a number of booting issues with my Win 10 desktop, where it would not boot to windows but would boot to BIOS. I now have the machine up and running but I am greeted by an oxc00ce556 error that is related to framework that I am sure is causing issues. I checked my system files and they are all ok. Is there a way to get rid of this error short of doing a complete reset of my Windows install?

Parser returned error 0X00CE556

Every time I try and open Visual Studio 2015, I get this error "parser error-error parsing c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework64\v2.0 50727\config\machine.config Parser returned error 0X00CE556"

I have ran sfc /scannow and this did not fix the issue. And I do not know what to do after this, any help with be appreciated

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
