Windows 10: Error 0x80004003

I was trying to install Minecraft windows 10 edition but then I selected the game and it said the page cannot be loaded try again later I tried all fixes and doesn't work can you guys please help me.

Camera not working. Error message: 0xA00F4240<unknown>0x80004003

when are Microsoft go to sort the mess they have made with the AV stream camera all the suggestion made do not work I now have 2 desktop Pcs that have this error codes that suggest the the camera is NOT working but the opposite is true its working but you
cant get into the settings each time I click on the setting wheel it is coming up with the error codes I have uninstalled the camera so many times (5 times) in fact I'm being to think Microsoft don't know how to fix it as non of their answers/ suggestions

0x80004003 and 0x80070424 error in microsoft store

When i try to acces anny game/app on the windows store i get 0x80004003 as an error code. Also when i try to download anny standing update/new game/app i get 0x80070424 as an error code. Could someone help me?

 

Windows 10 home PC/ Error 0x80004003

Tried uninstalling Neilsen Comp. Panel Program didn't uninstall properly. Received the Error code 0x80004003 and also the explanation that the couldn't locate on my PC. HELP? PLS!
