Windows 10: Error 0x80004005 when trying to set up new account in People windows 10

When I tried to set up new account in People windows 10 I got an Error 0x80004005 as response.

I went into Advanced setup, Internet email, all information was written in and when I tried to sign in the error code came as answer.

What to do?
